GARDEN FEVER!

Growing an established neighborhood business with an improved online store

Garden Fever! is a neighborhood garden center In Portland, OR that sells a wide variety of plants, tools, backyard decor and more. The pandemic emphasized a need for a better online ordering system for scheduled curbside pickups and to allow customers to shop whenever they like. In this case study, I will share my process and research to make Garden Fevers! online presence blossom.

Overview

Garden Fever! is a place where gardeners, novice to expert, can find good plants, good tools, good dirt and helpful advice on sustainable gardening practices.  However, the current website fails to capture their friendly and helpful vibe that exists in the store. My goal was to redesign the website to make it a breeze to navigate and easily place orders for pickup.

Full case study coming soon! In the meantime you can check out slides from my presentation deck.
